Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products.
Identify needs and client business objectives.
Maintain relationship with client.
Prepare and present sales proposals.
Requirements:

Male or Female, max. 35 years old.
Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75).
Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 2 years.
Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
Excellent communication & relationship skill.
Home based in Denpasar.

UPC Renewables a leading renewable energy developer is expanding into Indonesia, and is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate for a part or full-time Office Manager in our Bali office. This challenging position will provide book keeping, administrative and research support to the Wind Development Team. The position is based in Seminyak area of Bali.

OFFICE MANAGER POSITION FOR A RENEWABLE ENERGY COMPANY

Responsibilities of the Position Include:

Diary management, travel itinerary, scheduling and event co-ordination
Manage services and activities for office operations
Deal with any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
Basic accounting skills, recording office expenditure, with a high degree of accuracy
Manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Process land agreements, prepare landowner correspondence, reports and other documents
Perform other support activities necessary for project development purposes
Maintain project databases and file system
Translate documents
The desire to make a real difference in a small company, and to have some fun along the way

Candidates are Required to Possess the Following:

Excellent English/Indonesian language skills mandatory and Mandarin a plus
Quick learner and adaptable in a start-up business
Experience relevant in daily office operation/ administration helpful
High proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)required
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple changing tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, personable, team player
Highly motivated and self-starter
Pleasant, mature personality and able to interact with all levels of management; organized, confident, and trustworthy as well
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) Degree in Secretarial Education
